At the top of the climb, I saw that the CEL was lit. Read the codes (a code reader needs to be in every Jeep on the trail) and got a P0755 2/4 Solenoid Circuit code. I figured my day was over and started to head out, but found that the transmission was in limp mode. It was driveable, but not great so I cleared the code.

Both times I had either slowed down to make a turn or stopped completely. 2012 JKUR. No suspension mods. 4.10 gears. Of course the warranty just ran out....

My mechanic is at the point of it could either be something internal in the transmission, or computer related. I have a gut feeling that it's the latter.check your connections at the trans.
