It stayed off for about two seconds then "restarted". I'm not sure if my engine lost powered or not because I let go off the gas and started to look for a way to pull over.I will suggest the same as others have. Check coolant level, if low then top it off. The ECT won’t work properly if there isn’t coolant. If coolant is full then check into replacing the ECTs. They are cheap and are known to go bad on the Cruze and will show false readings on gauge.
